Alexandria Oppong Counseling and Consulting
Your Compassionate Guide to Healing and Personal Growth

What We Do
Life can be full of different challenges, and you don’t have to face them alone. Alexandria Oppong Counseling and Consulting provides a safe, judgment-free space where you can tell your story and begin your healing journey. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#202884), I specialize in meeting clients where they are while empowering them to take control of their narrative. Whether you’re navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I’m here to be a compassionate witness to your story and support you in becoming the author of your own life.
With advanced training in multiple therapeutic modalities including Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, Gottman Methods Couples Therapy, and EMDR, I provide personalized treatment tailored to your unique needs. My experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, and first responders—combined with my background in family systems and education—allows me to address complex mental health challenges with expertise and compassion. I believe in the power of acknowledging learned behaviors from our family of origin and collaboratively working toward positive change and improved quality of life.
